NCJOA Mission
NCJOA's objectives, aims and purposes is to encourage active participation in all matters that have to do with juveniles as they pertain to the law enforcement field. We want to assist in every honorable way the furthering of the interests of its members and to bring understanding not only of those engaged in the work, but with juvenile agencies by which we have contact. By cooperating and collaborating with juvenile organizations, we encourage the use of the highest ethical standards of our profession and share methods and ideas to increase efficiency within our respective organizations. We hope to promote better understanding by the public of the goals and ideals of peace officers engaged in juvenile work.
