Sun Street Centers Safe Teens Empowerment Project (STEPS) participated in a decoy operation with the State of California Alcoholic Beverage Control on the Peninsula this past Saturday evening. The decoy operation took place in the cities of Marina and Seaside. The first part of the operation took place in the city of Marina where fifteen alcohol outlets were visited and one outlet sold alcohol to a minor.
